DON'T ASK-DON'T TELL

hello america! since the inception of the "DON'T ASK-DON'T TELL" policy, we've heard extremely little negative reports about it. so, it must be working! why then will obama get rid of it? what does he have against 'gays' in the military (in which he never served )?

the numbers of 'gays' in the military are not known, & yet, i would be willing to wager that there are quite a few of them in there. obama wants to change that for whatever reason. again, i must ask why? if they are not creating a problem with those they serve with, leave them the hell alone. why force them to expose themselves & then suffer further humiliation by forcing them out of the military &/or being denied entrance?

if the 'gays' in the military can follow orders, accomplish the mission, & keep their sexual preferences to themselves, what harm do they pose? actually, if they can perform their duties in an honorable manner, they are serving this country in ways that obama knows nothing of first hand.

if this is why the obamaholics elected obama then they have succeeded. congratulations! however, i'll bet that the 'gay community' would like to recast their vote.

well, looking at things the way they are, if obama can force the 'gays' out of the military, it will only be a matter of time before he forces the women out. after all, obama will be the commander-in-chief of the united states armed forces. yes, his lack of inexperience is about to pay off in a negative way.

with all that is going on in these dire times, isn't it wonderful to know obama has the time to worry about 'gays' in the military?

besides, rep. barney franks is an admitted 'gay'---shouldn't he be forbidden involvement in anything related to the military? if a 'gay' can't serve their country in the military, they should not be allowed to serve in the house or the senate. where will it stop obama? where?
