here's the actual breakdown of the votes & it won't be hard to see that obamas math skills are not good. 5 dems voted against the bill---he needed 60 for passage---3 repubs & 2 independents voted for the bill---4 people didn't vote at all---he couldn't keep his 5 dems on his side so he blames the repubs
