OBAMACARE---SHOULD BE OBAMAS NOT CARING!!!

& the obama supporters are out there touting obamacare as great. little do they realize that if the supreme court allows this bill to stand & they can't afford 'health coverage' for themselves or family, they will get fined...this bill will not lower your costs---health insurance costs are steadily climbing &, if obama has his way, we are going to lose a lot of good doctors & nurses (wait a minute, that's already happening) & what we will be left will not be able to handle emergency's & appointments as they now do...emergency's will become 'life-threatening' only & appointments will be booked for down the road...we already suffer this with making our appointments 2 weeks out & for some, it's a month or better.........................

yes, we need to have a heathcare system where everyone can receive service but, this bill isn't it. it doesn't do what obama & the dems told you it would do;LOWER COSTS (it won't) ENSURE ALL AMERICANS WERE COVERED (they had said 48 million americans were without healthcare & when all is said & done, we'll still have 30 million plus still uncovered). IT WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN PAID FOR (9 BILLION DOLLARS) (you see the new cbo estimate---where is that money coming from? in 10 years a lot of our children will be working & you can imagine their taxes. look on your pay stub/they already take out a separate portion for medicaid/medicare---that will have to rise). IT WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO ALLOW YOU TO KEEP YOUR PRESENT COVERAGE (how can you keep your present coverage when your employer finds it's cheaper to pay the fine then offer you coverage? you'll have to get it on your own & all you have to do is 'google' healthcare insurance for a single person & then tell me you can afford it. at the end of the day, you're going to have to apply for coverage from the welfare system & pray that you're not a few dollars over the limit---there are 2 negatives in that last sentence::::we need to shrink our welfare rolls & yes, they can deny you because you make too much) & NOT BE DENIED BECAUSE OF PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS...(to me, this was the only great thing about the bill & there are 2 sides to it...& because i am sensitive to the subject, let me put it this way----you have a brand new car & i have an 11 year old beat up chevy; we both take them into the shop for service; the mechanics have to do a lot of work on mine & you just get an oil change & check-up; should we both be charged the same for our insurance?).


obama & the dems spent his first 2 years running all over the country telling us we couldn't live without obamacare & the stimulus---well, you see what's happening to obamacare & the stimulus went to those that were too big to fail (which is the same as saying, if you didn't give, you didn't get////yeah, i know, everybody before obamas done it---PLEASE DON'T INSULT ME OR YOURSELF WITH THAT CRAP---YOU VOTED FOR OBAMA BECAUSE OF "CHANGE"). from where i'm sitting, those were 2 years wasted with some very questionable activities...can you remember that just before the cbo was to 'score' obamacare, obama invited the head of the cbo to the whitehouse for a closed door session??? that's like inviting your boss over for dinner the night before your job evaluation...the bill was over 2,000 pages long & no one really got chance to 'read' it. don't believe me::::the senate passed the bill 24 dec 2010, the house passed it 21 mar 2010 & obama signed it into law 23 mar 2010 (BY THE WAY, JUST SO YOU KNOW, OBAMA PROMISED TO PUT EVERY BILL THAT CROSSED HIS DESK ON THE WEB FOR 5 DAYS FOR THE PUBLIC TO REVIEW PRIOR TO HIS SIGNING THEM)...there were too many closed-door meetings concerning this bill & who could ever forget, speaker of the house, nancy pelosi saying, "we have to pass the bill to see what's in it"?

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Pub.L. 111-148) enacted March 23, 2010^[9]

• Immediate reform — effective June 21, 2010 (90 days after enactment)
  • National high-risk pool for individuals with a pre-existing condition who have been uninsured for the prior 6 months
    • Premium to be set at a standard rate for a standard population
    • Premium for older individuals allowed to be up to 4 times the premium for younger individuals
    • Premium for tobacco users allowed to be up to 1.5 times the premium for non-tobacco users
• Immediate reform — effective September 23, 2010 (6 months after enactment)
  • Group health insurance plans and new (non-grandfathered) individual health insurance plans^[10]
    • Pre-existing condition exclusions prohibited for children under age 19
• Reform delayed for 4 years — effective January 1, 2014
• Individual and group health insurance plans
  • Pre-existing condition exclusions prohibited in all health insurance plans
  • Prohibit treating acts of domestic violence as a pre-existing condition
  • Waiting period for enrollment in new health insurance plans limited to 90 days

it's so nice to see the obama is looking out for the elderly & smokers & it's also nice to see you may have to wait up to 90 days for enrollment (hope you don't get sick in that time frame)...by the way, can your grandparents afford to pay 4 times more then someone younger? & SMOKERS, YOU GET TO PAY 1 1/2 TIMES MORE THEN A NON-SMOKER...AREN'T YOU HAPPY? OBAMA STUCK IT TO US SMOKERS WITH HIS CHIPS PROGRAM & WHILE I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE THAT OUR CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE MEDICAL COVERAGE, I, AS A SMOKER, DON'T WANT TO PAY MORE FOR IT THEN NON-SMOKERS & NOW, HE'S STICKING IT TO US SMOKERS AGAIN...


good people, if you can't see what's coming next, you should live in another country...we already have the 'food police' & pretty soon, if obamas allowed to continue unchecked, you're going to pay  dearly for all those 'fatty' foods---ie; soda, chips, etc...they're already banning these foods from our schools & gov't buildings...


&, because you asked::::don't forget about that panel of 16 that obama 'appointed' to oversee what services we need & don't need...&, if you think they're going to approve all of the services we now have, you're blind & even a seeing eye dog can't help you.
