philips won 10 million dollars for this light bulb that's going to cost you 50 bucks. here's where i need your help....FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE LIVING PAYCHECK-TO-PAYCHECK (ASSUMING YOU'RE WORKING), HOW MANY OF THESE BULBS ARE YOU GOING TO PURCHASE THE NEXT TIME YOU GO SHOPPING??? COME ON NOW, LET'S KEEP IT REAL...IF YOU HAVE A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT YOU NEED::::1 FOR THE BATHROOM; 1 FOR THE HALLWAY; 4 FOR YOUR BEDROOMS; 2 FOR THE HALLWAY----THAT'S 8<><><><>DID I GET IT RIGHT? THAT'S 400 BUCKS & YOU NEED TO GET RIGHT ON THIS TO SUPPORT THAT OBAMA GUY THAT KNOWS BETTER THEN YOU DO ABOUT WHAT YOU & THIS COUNTRY NEEDS.
good people, give me a break!!! the above is why i stay on obama:::he doesn't have clue as to what we want or need----case in point the $50 light bulb & that $40,000/$50,000 chevy volt that they can't sell.
yes, we do need to take much better care of MOTHER EARTH however, we need to do so 'smartly'. if you give the chevy volt & the light bulb just a little thought, who in the hell can afford it amongst us. obamas always talking about the 'middle-class' & he wants to take from the rich to help them...when will he help those that live just above, on, or below the national poverty level. look in the mirror & convince yourself that those people collecting unemployment checks or those that depend on our welfare system can actually afford either one of the above. oh, almost forgot, he did help those people<>he got them excited about his 'CHANGE' crap, got their vote & then said the hell with them...he may be only one man but, he has the 'absolute power' to open the jobs market over night but, he'd rather give you food stamps & extend your unemployment checks then give you a job...true fact.
& no, i'm not saying they won't work, i'm saying they just won't work out for us now regardless of the savings on electricity or at the gas pump...
& just so you'll know, chrysler was back at the table for a 3.5 billion dollar loan but the loan department was slow in granting it & they left the table...when is enough too much???

by the way, i've been to home depot & lowe's very recently & i looked at the philips energy saving light bulbs---they were all made in china, contain mercury in them & we're supposed to but them...makes me wonder where this $50 light bulb is made.
