VA CHOICE CARD!!!

hello america!!! i can't speak for others, however, i will raise my voice for myself---i find this (read here) just another slap in the face by obama---i am a vet & i live in allentown pa which has a va center that is only open from 7:30am-5:00pm/mon-fri with no weekend or holiday services---plus, they will 'van' us (unless you have a car) to wilkes-barre pa for all the services they don't provide at the center which are numerous...i live 61.7 miles from there & 63.1 miles from the va med cntr in philly---i have a 'choice card' & have been approved for emergency services at urgent care on airport rd which is ideal for my situation...if i were not to have this service, i would have to go to a regular emergency care facility & be responsible for a bill i cannot afford nor can i afford additional insurance...as it stands now, i am being billed for an emergency visit stemming from 3/4 years ago ($2,000 plus) after calling the va & being told that i should hang up & go &/or dial 911---i was having trouble breathing but, the va said it wasn't 'LIFE THREATENING'...so yes, i need the 'choice card'...
