when obama promised all of our support to rebuilding haiti, i blogged at the time he was making a promise he wouldn't keep & after so much time passed, he wouldn't even comment on it any more....case in point...see here...http://news.yahoo.com/us-pledge-rebuild-haiti-not-being-met-170346036.html this is, very sadly, just another broken promise from obamas lips...&, the media became silent also............
what's really weird is, obama & company are all for 'regime changes' in the middle east & yet, they can't build houses in haiti. these people still need help &, i honestly hope they get it.

AMERICA, HOW MUCH WOULD YOU PAY TO DRIVE???

& this is something that obama & company were thinking about doing.....http://www.thereporter.com/ci_21109122/bay-area-considers-taxing-drivers it's just a matter of time when this becomes a reality...the fed gov't can't get enough revenue because of the amount of people out of work so, they're left with charging you for driving......damn cutting spending & downsizing gov't.......this is easier. it's really simple &, because gov't says so, you will comply: after all, the supreme court gave the gov't the power to do as they wish as long as they 'word' it correctly...so, they're going to access a 'tax' on you for driving...
'ya just gotta luv it'---the gov't charges you taxes for the roads, road repairs, bridges & bridge repairs (whether you drive or not), plus you pay taxes on the vehicles you buy but, it won't be too long before the gov't implements 'taxing' you for 'driving'...the kicker is: who pays for the 'gov't gps tracker' to be installed on your vehicle &, will you have to pay 'taxes' on it if you have to buy it? if you have to buy it, will your vehicle have to go an 'approved' mechanic for installation? there are many questions however, one thing you can bet on, as soon as just one community puts this 'driving tax' in effect, the fed gov't will be unloading their own plan on you................
by the way, will we ever pay off all these roads & bridges???

hello america!!! i would have expected obama to have jumped all over the following story because he bailed out chrysler & gm & now, gm is doing so well they can afford to invest $420 million dollars in mexico, creating 1,000 jobs. i mean, doesn't that prove obama was correct in bailing them out because, with their success, surely they would be able to put more americans to work, wouldn't they? wait a minute, mexico isn't a part of the united states..........silly me, what was i thinking? see here.....http://news.yahoo.com/gm-announces-production-chevrolet-trax-mexico-183928459--sector.html
i do expect obama to say something about this like: he supports gm creating the jobs in mexico because, as part of his secret plan, by putting 1,000 mexicans to work in mexico, that's 1,000 less people trying to sneak into our country...good plan, obama, you should have told us about it.............
don't get me wrong---i don't blame gm; the vehicles are to be sold overseas, the labor is cheaper &, i assume the parts are cheaper &, they won't be hindered by regulations & taxes...they're in business to make money::::something that seems to have escaped obamas grasp.
that said; i do think gm should have invested that money in the 'good ole us of a' as a 'THANK YOU' for the bailout (which i was against) plus, we could use the jobs.........
