hello america!!! you laughed at gov mitt romney however, he was very correct in what he said regarding americans & gov't dependency...&, as usual, it's too late for you to do anything about it.
for many that collect unemployment benefits, it's just easier to stay at home & wait for better days. with congress continually extending the amount of time they can collect (& some states continuing it after their time runs out) there is no rush for them to 'actively look for work. yeah, they get on the net, drop a resume here, drop a resume there but, their heart isn't in job searches. there is no 'pressure' for them to go out looking for work. none!!! as long as they continue to report themselves (via the telephone) able to work & available to work, they'll collect.
obama & company promised us jobs & have yet to deliver on that promise. america doesn't need to pay for infrastructure jobs that only last a fleeting moment nor do we need more teachers. we need 'LONG LASTING' jobs &, there's no other way to put it...americans (under obama) have been flocking to the disability rolls in record numbers...http://news.investors.com/business/042012-608418-ssdi-disability-rolls-skyrocket-under-obama.htm?p=full
while some families actually need gov't assistance, there are many that have taken advantage of the system &, for whatever reason, these people are not being 'weeded out'. as long as obama continues to allow americans to be dependent on the gov't, the longer we will have the rolls full &, that is not the way we need to go...http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/02/15/are-government-benefits-fueling-us-poverty/
if you heard obamas SOTU address, you know there was nothing new in it. it was very similar to his first one &, if he could be re-elected a 3rd time, it wouldn't be any different...http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials/090712-625080-terrifying-promise-obama-made-.htm
