JUST ABOUT SPORTS

hello america! happy new year to you & all that good stuff. i have so much to say that i really don't know where to start at. but, trust me, we'll get there eventually.

this has been a rough week for me because my DENVER BRONCOS lost a game they not only should have won but, they should have wrapped up the division weeks ago. true, we've had a lot of key injuries, especially at the running backs & corner backs positions but, that's no excuse---the offense just fell apart. regardless of the fact that we have no defense, we have the type of offense that can score 40 points every game on any team. turnovers hurt us more then anything else this season. then there's the coach---or, i should say the former coach. i love mike shanahan but, he became to stagnant for the talent & speed on the team. I am not going to bash him but, i never did like his 15 scripted play system. anyhow, i wish him the very best & i hope we never have to go up against him. PAT BOLEN, YOU DID GOOD. in this day & age of football, a coach needs to coach & leave everything else to others---it's just too much pressure to coach & be a gm to. hey mike, in truth, the defense coach should have been fired the 3rd game of the season---you know it &, i know it.

all that being said, mike has been, is, &, will be a great coach. our next coach has a great pool of talent to work with & if he/she is has any sense, they will focus on the defense & let cutler run the offense---it's just that simple. i expect great things from them next season no matter who the coach may be.

the dallas cowgurls really showed what they are not made of---HEART---someone needs to take tony romo to the side & teach him what pressure is. the philly beagles started the game with intensity & ended it with intensity:::they didn't outplay the cowgurls, the cowgurls just didn't show up. that being said, the beagles may not go any further then saturday---they too need to teach mcnabb pressure-he does not handle it well.

the jets & brett-what can i say? now brett wants to take a couple of weeks to decide if he's going to return---fire him now & let's end the drama. he is not what he used to be.

the gee eye ants---they better learn how to score more because their defense will not carry them through the playoffs.

my ny knicks suck & they still have all that talent. now, if they just had a coach that could meld all that talent together, they would be a force.

big congrats to usc---i always thought penn state was over-rated.

can hardly wait until ou beats florida.

my yankees are loaded & looking for more so, tell all those other baseball teams not to even show up.
