hello america! 'GREED'...an ominous word at best. we usually use it in the same sentence with money. today, i will use outside of it's normal box...
obama & many others called the ceo's greedy & say that that's what led to this economic mess---for the record, i strongly disagree with that thinking---however, greed is what drives america & without it, we would be back in the stone age. &, before you get all upset, read the following...
you start a business to make a profit (& that's the bottom line) &, if you only make a little profit, you remain a little business---but, if you make a great deal of profit, you expand so you can make more. it's the american way. you can argue all you want with this thinking but, let's be real about it.
kfc, walmart, sears, home depot, your milk company, your egg company, your bank, your car dealer, your home builder, your airline company, just to name a few, all had one thing in common---THEY ALL STARTED SMALL. none of them started their business by opening hundreds of stores all at once. dominoes didn't start with hundreds of pizza shops & none of the rest of the others did either. they all started out with one store & it just kept getting better & bigger. &, i'm willing to bet that none of them had any idea that they would grow into what they are today. t-mobile, verizon, at&t, exon, kraft foods, ect; etc; etc. in fact, you name a business & i'll bet it didn't start out big. DON'T GET THIS CONFUSED WITH BUYOUTS & MERGERS.
another thing you don't hear about is how many of them had to struggle to get to where they are.
so, now that they are making millions of dollars of profit & can afford to eat dinner in parris & jet to la for a movie, we now call them greedy. are you stupid? really, are you? take your girl oprah. she didn't even know if her show would even be around six months after it first aired & look at her now. is she greedy? look at all the people she's employed & helped & don't forget her donantions to charities. but, she lives a lifestyle that many americans can't even afford to dream about.
there are all forms of greed. obama is very greedy but won't admit it & yet, his actions prove it. he wants to go down as the first president to have done so much within his first 100 days & he doesn't care who says what.
greed is those that lie about what they are doing in order to get more---those, that cook the books---those that decieve us & obama is right in the middle of this group.
this site will primarily consist of my political writings on what i see, hear, know &, research &, it will be predominantly about the negativety within our government, as i see it, regardless of who it may be about. above all else, it will be the truth as best i can present it.

IT'S CALLED THE FLIP-FLOP & I TOLD YOU ABOUT IT MONTHS AGO
hello america! we hear the term 'flip-flop' & we know it's applied to people that first support something & then, they don't support it. in this case, the word applies directly to obama &, i'll show you why.
you have to remember obama running around the country preaching his 'gloom & doom' crap about our economic situation. now he preaching about how strong it is & yet, nothing has changed...jobs are still being lost, loans are still not being issued, homes are still being foreclosed on. his sec of treasury is running around scared & continues to promise details of his bank bailout plan. the stock market has had a positive 4-day gain but it's still far from becoming secure. &, all the 'expert' economic forecasters predict times to become even worse---that is, we've not yet hit the bottom.
so, i ask, what gives obama? why the turn-around? is it just to appease china with the hopes they won't cash in their bonds? try telling the american people the truth---just one time.
you have to remember obama pumping up the bailout bill & the appropriations bill & now he's having misgivings about the amount of money in them & what it's going to. why now? this man cannot tell the truth---it would ruin his image.
america, it's hard to expect the truth to come out of the mouth of a man who's past is still shrouded in secrecy.

SMALL BUSINESSES ARE IN TROUBLE
hello america! there is a bill called the "EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT" that is floating around congress & if passed, will cause the death of many of our small businesses. please google it & see for yourselves.
in a nutshell, it will permit workers to unionize more easily & openly &, the employer will be forced to abide by national labor board collective bargining or shut down.
obama strongly supports unionized labor & he strongly supports this bill. the following is an excert from wikipedia.com:::::::
President Barack Obama supports the bill. An original co-sponsor of the Employee Free Choice Act, Obama urged his Senate colleagues to pass the bill during a 2007 motion to proceed:
I support this bill because in order to restore a sense of shared prosperity and security, we need to help working Americans exercise their right to organize under a fair and free process and bargain for their fair share of the wealth our country creates.
The current process for organizing a workplace denies too many workers the ability to do so. The Employee Free Choice Act offers to make binding an alternative process under which a majority of employees can sign up to join a union. Currently, employers can choose to accept--but are not bound by law to accept--the signed decision of a majority of workers. That choice should be left up to workers and workers alone.[17]
"I will make it the law of the land when I'm President of the United States", he told a labor federation meeting in April, 2008. While Obama didn't talk about this issue much before general audiences, it was his main promise when he spoke to unions.
obama even sent vp joe biden to the afl-cio's winter meeting in florida & the entire speech can be found on whitehouse.gov ::::read it for yourselves.
just think, a pizza shop could become unionized forcing the employer to the collective bargaining table for more money, more benifits, better conditions, & a guaranteed 40 hours a week. hope you can afford it.
small businesses, watch out. no matter what obama promises you, judge him by his actions &, by now, you have to know that his actions for you ain't been good. &, if you still don't believe me, google obamas executive orders concerning federal funded work.

CAN HE LOOK DIRECTLY AT US?
hello america! just watched a live press conference with obama &, again, i have to say i don't & won't trust anybody that can so eloquently speak & not look me in the eye. all of his words are read from his teleprompters. if you watch him, his head goes from left-to-right &, from right-to-left &, he never looks straight ahead. it's as if the only way he can communicate with america is through prepared text.
anyway, the crap out of his mouth is just that---crap. he's not telling you that a lot of banks are returning the bailout money &, that a lot of banks are investing their money overseas. they are not investing in america. also, he hasn't told you that for his wind & solar plans to become effective, we will have to invest & rely heavily on 'up-&-running' companies &, guess what folks? 85% to 90% of them are overseas. as far as the manufacturing goes, we're way behind the overseas eightball but, the installation process should be all american.
i don't think anyone in this great nation doubts we will recover from the mess we're in. some of it will have to be attributed to obama (can't get around that)---so, it's just a matter of time.

OBAMA, YOU DIDN'T INHERIT THIS MESS, YOU WERE PART OF IT
hello america! before i get to what i really want to talk about, allow me to say the following: timothy geithner is not the man that obama portrayed him to be. he is weak-voiced (almost sissyfied), very unbelieving &, even though he says he has a plan, he never reveals any details. &, he lacks the ability to inspire confidence. &, on top of all that, obama overlooked his tax transgressions to appoint him to a position he seems uncapable of running.
thank you.
obama is about to find out first-hand what being george bush is all about. he has to deal with the economy & all that goes with it plus the 2 wars. then he has to deal with china, russia, north korea &, iran. he has to deal with terrorists that still want to do us harm. that should be enough but, he will have to deal with sending troops to or/in mexico to deal with the cartels. &, just when you think he has enough on his plate, hurricane season is standing on the doorstep.
do i want him to fail? no but, i hope some of his policies for this country fail.
thank you.

MONEY WON'T PRODUCE QUALITY EDUCATION
hello america! i've said this numerous times before & i have to say it again...in order to fix the education problem, you have to fix the surrounding school area &, the atmosphere within the school.
building a new school or fixing an old one up looks good on paper. pouring money into the schools looks good. paying teachers more money looks good. but that's all it does:::looks good. it doesn't even begin to address the main problem. in fact, it's like putting a fresh coat of paint on rotted wood-it may look good & even smell good but, you still have the problem of the rotted wood.
obama is not in touch with reality if he thinks that spending money on our school systems will improve the quality of education. what's so sad about this is, he was a community organizer & should know first-hand what many of the students have to go through just to get to school. he was an elected official for illinios & he has to know about the problems facing the students in the cabrini-green projects &, co-op city in the bronx, ny &, all the other areas affected with drugs, gangs &, violence.
drugs, gangs &, violence is not limited to the school area, it exists within our schools. i live in allentown, pa &, we have police stationed within allen high school---that's how bad it is. too many schools have police stationed within them or they've hired their own security companies to patrol the hallways & grounds.
the other problem is parent involvement. todays parents are forced to work & can't get as involved as they would like. i've actually heard parents say things like they worked all day, have to get the baby from the baby-sitter, go home & make dinner &, they just don't have the time. i'm sure you know of somebody that's gone through this. parent involvement is critical to improving the quality of education.
obama, if you really want to improve the quality of education in this country, you should start by fixing the problems that i've listed above. when you do that, the teachers will be able to have a lot less to worry about & can regain their pride in teaching.

WHAT DID THE DEMS DO FOR US IN THE LAST 8 YEARS?
hello america! somebody help me out on this. the 410 billion dollar bill is only going to cover us until october? &, it doesn't provide for the veterans, the armed forces or defense? &, in october, or very shortly thereafter, they have to come up with another bill for the next fiscal year?
then i'm hearing this crap about this being last years business but bush wouldn't have signed it so, the democrats are trying to rush it through now. well, we already know that obama will sign it, if it passes the senate. &, the dems & repubs are debating the spending in it &, if that spending should be done at this time.
i know we've all been hearing how the bush era was so pathetic but, i have a few questions no one wants to answer. if the dems, who seem to think they can spend their way out of this mess, were so blameless during the bush era, can anybody please tell me what they did or didn't do for the greater good of this country?
the dems & a lot of the repubs lay the blame for this economic mess on bush &, i've put up proof on this blogsite as to why bush is not the blame. so, tell me, what did the dems do in their eight years under bush? i'm listening. the dems were in the minority the first 6 years of the bush era & finally gained the majority in his last 2---&, i'm still waiting for you to tell me what they did for us.
say what you will of bush but, if he had not of been there, we would be a lot deeper in debt then we presently are.
