the fed gov't (atf & the justice depart) allowed guns to be sold so they could track them to the mexican cartels but, somewhere along the line, they lost them & one of them was used to kill border agent (brian terry) while others have now been linked to other killings. both gov't agency's stonewalled the congressional investigations (&, still are) &, our ag (eric holder) was found to be in contempt of congress. the agency heads tried to blame 'much lower level' personnel which has been proved wrong. at first, nobody at the top knew anything & this has been proved wrong. the investigations are still ongoing because we still don't have the answers we so desperately need---such as:::how many guns are still outstanding? how do we prevent this from ever happening again? who was ultimately responsible & why won't that person (s) be fully punished? if there was no wrong-doing, why did holder need obama to apply executive privilege? why is the justice depart still withholding requested documents? who knew what & when did they know it? who is ultimately in control of the atf & justice depart?

obama, the state depart, the cia &, the military allowed our consulate to be attacked & overcome which directly led to the deaths of four americans & the wounding of others. the biggest problem is, they all used 'talking points' which blamed a video for the violence & yet, the attack was seen in real-time in washington dc by members of our state depart & others. there were 230 violent events (within a one year span) in libya leading up to the benghazi attack that our gov't ignored; our security was (at best) extremely weak &, the budget was not the reason; requests for additional security were denied; their safe-house was also attacked. why were the talking points changed &, who's responsible for that? why are so many different versions being uncovered at the congressional hearings? why weren't attempts made to rescue our people? what can we do to prevent this from ever happening again? why are the department heads still stonewalling the investigation? 10 months later & we still have a lot of unanswered questions. who knew what & when did they know it? who is ultimately in charge of the state department, cia &, military?
i must say that obama did say 'these acts of terror will not go unpunished' however, he did not label the benghazi attack an act of terror perse....

sexual inappropriate comments, lewd behavior &, bribery have rocked this agency. of course, nobody knew anything in the beginning & yet, it's all been proved true. who is ultimately in charge of homeland security?

first, nobody at the irs selectively targeted certain groups or people; than second, it was blamed on three low-level employees that implemented the targeting program; than third, it has reached all the way to an obama political appointee in washington dc that just happened to be visiting obama just days before the targeting began. conflicting testimony has been given at the congressional hearings one person has pleaded the fifth. fitting the pattern is the lack of knowledge the various agency heads & managers have about what's going on? the investigation is still ongoing & the stonewalling continues...who knew what & when? who gave the final approval for the targeting to take place? why was it just conservative groups &/or people targeted? how do we prevent this from ever happening again? who is ultimately in charge of the irs?

hello america!!! for the past several days, i've been in some pretty heated debates about the authority of our gov't &, it all stemmed from obama suspending a portion of the healthcare law on his own. i not sure what schools these people went to however, for them to say that obama has that power (during peace-time) tells me that they didn't learn too much. in short: congress makes the law; the executive branch enforces ; &, the supreme court interprets the law.
what changed? who gave obama the authority to choose which parts of a law he can 'suspend'? he even swore an oath to preserve, protect & defend the constitution of the united states. what he is doing has to be unconstitutional & every american citizen should be up in arms about it. every member of both chambers of our congress should feel offended by this egregious misuse of power.
if obama had a problem with the bill (approved by the senate & the house), he did have the authority to veto it---but no, he chose to sign it into law &, by doing so, he cannot choose which parts of it he now wants to enforce or not enforce. he has to enforce it all or have congress repeal it.
for obama to only suspend the employer mandate portion of obamacare is not only illegal, it smacks of very questionable politics. the repubs & business's were telling obama & the country that the mandate would hurt our employment situation from day one &, obama rebuffed them from day one...so, what's changed for big business's? nothing has changed &, if business's receive a one year suspension from the mandate, the individual mandate should also be suspended for one year.
the only thing that has changed is, we are 1 1/2 years away from mid-term elections &, judging by all the problems obamacare is causing, it would leave the dems on the defense about supporting it.
obamacare was bad from the beginning &, when the main supporter of it (then speaker of the house-nancy pelosi) says, 'we have to pass the bill to find out what's in it', you know it was not written well nor was it able to have been fully read & understood in the short time congress was given to vote on it.
so far, obamacare has not lived up to its billing. it's not affordable & the costs are continuing to rise; people are losing their doctors; about 1/2 of our states will not support the obamacare option; sign-up for people with existing conditions has been 'suspended'; there's that $63 dollar per head obamacare fee (for all individual & company healthcare policy holders); then there's that 2.3% medical device tax; tobacco users were going to pay higher premiums however, a glitch will allow them to escape that extra cost for one year; &, for those young people that don't have coverage, it will be cheaper for them to accept the penalty rather then obtain coverage........

HEY, YOU VOTED FOR BIG BIRD OVER JOBS!!!
hello america!!! can you remember the debate over getting rid of big bird in favor of jobs? you all even took to twitter & facebook about how upset you were that gov romney would stop payments to pbs in favor of putting america back to work. SUCH FICKLE THINKING!!!!!!!! well, this come from pbs & it's not good news...http://www.pbs.org/newshour/businessdesk/2013/07/jobless-rate-for-poor-black-te.html
black america, i don't know what it's going to take for you to wake up & accept the present reality that we are all at the bottom of the pole. while many of you may have lucrative paying jobs, many, many more of you do not. the national unemployment rate stands at 7.6% however, the national unemployment rate for blacks stands at 13.7% & these figures come from our department of labor as of 5 july 2013...&, just so you'll know, the national unemployment rate for teenagers stands at 24%.
you re-elected obama to keep big bird but, just look at what you lost for that vote---you gave up good-paying jobs. hell, for many of you, you even gave up low-paying jobs...&, after 4 1/2 years with obama at the helm, what do WE, as a people, have to show for it? &, be real about it.
we have our 'so-called' black leaders that publicly support obama & only show up for the big media items. they pressured florida to put george zimmerman on trial (& the state is going out of its way to lose the case on purpose) &, you have to remember how they favored obamacare yet, not a one of them has come forward to condemn obama promising africa $7 billion (for electricity) & telling them to safeguard their teenagers' future in contrast to not ever talking about the plight of our own black people.
nobody seems to find a flaw in this thinking that obama had to travel all the way to africa to get those photo-ops with blacks & yet, after 4 1/2 years, where are those same photo-ops in harlem, bed sty or watts???
i find it very offensive that obama can promise 'people of color' in foreign lands support yet, do nothing for the people of color right here at home. oh, that's right, his party in the senate passed an immigration bill loaded with 'extra crap' that has nothing to do with immigration but, when that bill dies in the house of reps he will blame it on the repubs...
after all, what can you really expect from a man that's had 4 years to get a budget plan together & when he does, the first words out of his mouth are: 'even though this budget is inadequate', he submits it anyway??? what can you expect from a man that crammed obamacare down our throats & now that the truth is out about it, he suspends the main component of it until after the upcoming elections??? what can you expect from a man that refuses to allow the 'truth' to come out about all of the whitehouse scandals & then hides his vp to keep him from talking about them?
big bird's blooming & the jobs are harder to keep or find &, for black people, finding good jobs is almost impossible. however, they now find it easier to get those vaunted public handouts.

OBAMA, HOW'S YOUR MIDDLE EAST POLICY WORKING???
hello america!!! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY to you.......
we had the 'arab spring', we had the 'reset', we had the 'benghazi fiasco', we had the 'lybia fiasco', we had the pakistan fiasco, we had the syrian fiasco, we had the 'lawful election' of mohamed morsi, & now, we have the 'unlawful removal' of him from office by the military. the sad part of all of this is: everything is still 'ON-GOING'.......&, israel is far from the peace table.
obama supported morsi & the muslim brotherhood & had them at the whitehouse before morsi was elected. he has supported the previous regime changes & now, has no place else to hide. he's picked his 'losers' & he's stuck with them.
well, i find it very upsetting when our 'so-called leader' preaches democracy yet won't call what happened in egypt 'far from democracy'.
if the 'people' elect another person to the presidency & are unhappy with him, the military can flex their might & throw him out. I TRULY WISH THAT WE COULD DO THAT HERE....
